There’s been a fair bit of depressing news about lockdown break-ups, but some couples found it’s done the opposite for their relationship and made them realise how much they mean to each other.

This is true of our very own Andy and Becci!

They have been together over 10 years, since they were teenagers, and have a beautiful little boy, Ollie, who’s two.

It took lockdown to bring out the romantic side in Andy, however, and he proposed to the love of his life on a beach in Newquay, Cornwall, where they’d escaped for a few days holiday.

The wedding date and venue is already booked, so we’re all keeping our fingers crossed that rules will allow bigger parties by July 2022 as we all want an invite!

Congratulations Andy and Becci, it’s wonderful news and we look forward to seeing the wedding plans take shape.
