Everyone loved our recent company video, so we thought we’d tell you a little bit more about the special windows that were the star of the show.

The famous Mr. B, who has become quite the celebrity, found his beautiful period property cold and draughty in the winter months. A problem all too familiar for historic home-owners.

The apartment has six unique feature windows, each a different size with a gorgeous arched top. Because of this Mr. B had trouble finding someone who could fit secondary glazing.

Fortunately, we have built up quite the reputation and a fellow glazier kindly recommended us.

We made and fitted our specialist bespoke secondary glazing with its simple magnetic fixing system, allowing you to remove the glazing for cleaning or, if you wish, in the hotter months to keep the temperature down.

Mr. B now has a cosy home to sit in the winter and a cool home in the summer and he was thrilled with the result!

We pride ourselves on maintaining the character and beauty of period properties and we did just that here. Our slimline units are virtually invisible and, in Mr. B’s words, are very stylish.

He is now looking forward to a warmer winter and a cheaper heating bill – we are so pleased we could make that happen.
