Storm is extremely proud of its heritage as a family-run business, and the founders couldn’t be more proud of their family members who have been formally recognised for their hard work in driving growth by being made directors.

Jayne and Mitch, who are daughter and son-in-law to founder Martin Walford, have now been entrusted with the ongoing development of Storm following years of hard work and dedication, helping establish the company as the leading supplier of quality secondary glazing across the country.

The vision of Martin and business partner George Parkes lives on in not only Jayne and Mitch, but George’s sons Oliver and James, Oliver works as an Surveyor and Installer and James works in our production department. Jayne’s sister (and Mitch’s wife) Jo helps keep the office in order, and the rest of the team who have become honorary family members through their commitment to the firm and its ethos.

Jayne and Mitch in particular, however, have worked tirelessly to raise the profile of Storm, and embed it in the hearts of architects, contractors and individuals who want the best for their properties and projects.

The company’s already enviable reputation as a first-class supplier to those seeking heritage preservation for Britain’s listed and historic buildings has gone from strength to strength with their input.

It’s an exciting new era for the company, but with the same customer-centric focus where quality and professionalism remain of paramount importance.
