We’re thrilled to be expanding our team ready for the new year, with three new employees joining us to help fulfil our growing workload.

Frank joined us as a window Assembly Operative, Liz looks after Packaging and Quality Control and Daryl is a trainee Surveyor. They are all currently finding their feet as we prepare for an even busier year ahead in 2020.

We love welcoming new people on board, not only because they add their own skills, experience and personalities to our team but also because this demonstrates more than anything how our business is flourishing. It’s great to know we’re offering people the chance to become part of a thriving business where everyone works so well together and enjoys being a part of something special.

Our success this year is down to a combination of factors. Our mounting reputation and experience in heritage works has led to a steady rise in the scale of our glazing projects. Our team’s abilities and our flexibility in delivering very tailored products to highly specific briefs has led to us winning larger contracts, such as the Royal Chelsea Hospital.

Our name is becoming well-known with architects and heritage project overseers thanks to the hard work behind the scenes of our experts who continually improve and adapt our glazing to ensure it is of superior quality. Years of technical design work and rigorous testing means we can continue to confidently meet the requirements of planning regulations for listed buildings and deliver optimum benefits to building users in terms of thermal insulation and noise reduction.

Creating our finance package for private homeowners has also had a big impact, making our premium product attainable for more period property owners. An influx of new customers are now taking advantage of the payment plan, which has boosted the number of installations on our books for the coming months.

Our three new team members are joining us at a very exciting time, and we know they are looking forward to the challenges ahead as much as we are.
