It seems we’ve been talking about creating a professional company video for a long time, but we’re thrilled to say it’s now complete!
Way back at the beginning of 2020 we were planning an installation of secondary glazing at the charming period home of Mr. B, which was prone to being draughty and cold in winter. We thought his beautiful home would make the perfect backdrop for our video.
After kindly agreeing to let us video the installation, however, lockdown happened which meant everything was put on hold. Six months later, we managed to safely complete the filming.
Little did we know that Mr. B would become the star of the show! The wonderful video team at Quill Creations, with their keen creative eye, wanted to convey the relationships we forge with our customers. This meant on filming day Mr. B was thrust into the spotlight! But he was extremely generous with his time and we are very thankful for his patience and cooperation.
The concept behind the video was to show the entire process of having Storm secondary glazing fitted, from the initial customer consultation to the manufacture and installation of the units. We want to give people a real flavour of our commitment to customer service and to show those who are new to Storm what to expect from us.
We hope it succeeds in showing our attention to detail and dedication to quality throughout, from our meticulous surveying process to the skilled craftsmanship that goes into each and every unit in our factory.
We would like to say a huge thank you to all involved in the project. There were hurdles and challenges along the way to ensure filming was carried out safely amid the pandemic, but we’re thrilled with the results.
