At Storm Windows, we understand that nothing gets done without teamwork.

Ensuring that our team is happy, productive and supportive of each other is a key part of our ongoing success. To help strengthen bonds, have fun and get to know each other in a different context, we recently held an all-action, but non-compulsory, team-building day!

The Storm Windows 7 A-Side football tournament gave mixed teams from the office, surveying and installation, and workshop the chance to showcase their skills. While strictly fun, things did get competitive, but no single team came away with the company bragging rights. Children and partners were all welcome too, helping to make the day extra special.

After the matches, we then decamped for a curry and beer. It’s a great way to strengthen team bonds, create some fantastic memories and work together in a completely different setting.

Next up is a Christmas go-karting and curry event in December as a thank you to all the staff for their continued hard work and commitment.
