Designed by Thomas Cundy III in the 1860s as an elegant home, the property has seen many uses over the decades. Owners Grosvenor Estates Belgravia are now redeveloping the property as a high-specification workspace with restored period features.

Working with leading architectural practice, Bennetts Associates, and prestigious building contractor, Buxton Building, we were commissioned to install 118 secondary glazed units. The project was completed in 4 phases.
