This year’s Listed Property Show is being held at Olympia, London on 3-4th February. It’s always an event we look forward to and a great opportunity to meet listed property owners, as well as other heritage building professionals. It’s a fantastic gathering, where people who are passionate about the UK’s incredible built heritage get together to share ideas, and experiences, make connections and find answers.

Owning a listed property can be perplexing. Finding the information you need, as well as reliable and trusted suppliers and tradespeople can at times be challenging. Owners can spend large amounts of time conducting their own research without making much progress. It can also sometimes feel like a lonely business, which is what makes events such as The Listed Property Show so valuable.

The annual show brings together some of the industry’s leading lights under one roof with the aim of saving owners valuable time and money. At the event, you can talk to suppliers, quiz independent conservation officers, and see traditional building crafts in action.

The event also includes a full interactive lecture programme covering subjects such as damp, surveys, lime, planning and listed building consent, house history, and maintenance plus a separate dedicated forum all about energy efficiency.

Storm are regulars at the event, where we meet the owners and potential owners of listed properties, answer questions and showcase samples of our glazing. This year we’ll be running a competition for visitors to our stand to win a luxury hamper from Fortnum & Mason.

Rather than the regular exhibition habit of handing out promotional items such as pens, this year we’re taking our commitment to sustainability even further. We’ll be handing out a unique, seeded paper leaflet which can be planted directly into the soil. In no time at all, you’ll have your very own flowers courtesy of Storm Windows.
